The practice of Yoga changes us. When practicing yoga, we become more aware of our internal world. We begin to notice imbalances and habits that have been causing us pain, tension and stress. Through this knowing, a dedication and strong desire to break free from our pain emerges like a seed taking sprout. Yoga provides the perfect pathway to transform, blossom and thrive.
